Terms of Service

Effective: May 2026

1. What ReguLink does

ReguLink translates AI regulations into verifiable technical constraints. We help you classify risk, bind evidence, run gap analysis, and generate audit-ready compliance binders. We do not provide legal advice. Our outputs are a compliance aid — you remain responsible for your own regulatory obligations.

Not a lawyer

All ReguLink outputs should be reviewed by an attorney admitted in the relevant jurisdiction. Our engine uses deterministic keyword matching — it can miss novel regulatory topics, cross-references, and legal nuance.

2. Your responsibilities

By using ReguLink, you agree to:

3. Intellectual property

The ReguLink engine, constraint database, golden dataset, and brand are our intellectual property. Your product data, evidence artifacts, and compliance binders are yours. You retain full ownership of everything you upload.

4. Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. All prices are in USD. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Service availability

We aim for 99.5%+ uptime. Our full SLA commitments are documented at regulink.xyz/legal/sla. Scheduled maintenance occurs Sundays 02:00–04:00 UTC.

6. Limitation of liability

ReguLink is provided "as is" without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time — we will purge your data within 30 days.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
